Southeastern construction was tasked with constructing a new 5,000 SF metal building that would be used mainly as a commercial truck mechanic shop, as well as containing bathrooms and office space. The scope of work included removing the existing concrete pad, repouring a 6” concrete pad with footings, ordering and erecting the metal structure, installing four industrial roll-up doors, installing HVAC, installing new LED lighting for both the interior and exterior of the building, constructing a bathroom/storm shelter, constructing multiple office rooms and storage.
