Southeastern Construction Partners was tasked with building a new metal addition to the mechanic shop located in the Avondale district of downtown Birmingham. The scope of work included removing an existing slab, pouring a new slab, erecting a metal building with two roll up doors, and several walkthrough doors, installing new LED light fixtures, and poring additional asphalt on the rear of the addition.
