Located in Tarrant, AL this Airgas location is a multi-use complex consisting of a retail storefront, executive offices, and industrial storage. Southeastern Construction was tasked with renovating the interior, along with installing a drainage system and repaving the entire parking lot on the exterior of the location. The scope of work included completely renovating both the men and women’s bathroom including new plumbing and fixtures, installing new ceiling grid/tile throughout the premises, refinishing floors throughout the showroom, converting the entire location to LED lighting, installing all new doors and commercial hardware including a new storefront door, completely renovating the employee break room, installing new HVAC equipment, and painting the entire interior.
